Research Assistant - Johns Hopkins Center for Global Health: The Center is seeking a person to assist the Center in its day-to-day operations. The incumbent will participate in various activities undertaken by the Center, including the Frameworks in Global Health Program and management of the projects database. Although much of the work is of an administrative nature, this is not a clerical job, and we are looking for a person with an interest in global health. Experience in global health and/or a public health degree would be a plus. Great opportunity for a new graduate to gain valuable experience in global health. Rockefeller Brothers Fund - Pivotal Places: South Africa: (from COS). This program seeks to improve the quality and accessibility of basic education for children in the areas of early childhood development and primary learning. In addition, the RBF is exploring linkages between HIV/AIDS and the Fund's other substantive concerns. The RBF seeks to complement the efforts of other organizations working with HIV/AIDS education, prevention, and treatment by contributing to the development of integrated responses to the broad societal impacts of the pandemic.
