"Images of Global Health" at the Enoch Pratt Free Library: With photographs from their travels and work abroad, medical and public health students bring  their unique perspective to the health circumstances and the many factors that influence health  of varied regions from across the globe. This exhibit features the winners of a student photography/photo advocacy competition organized by the Global Health Interest Group at the JHU School of Medicine. Opening reception Nov. 14, 2006, 6:30 PM at the Central Library, 2nd floor gallery, 400 Cathedral St. (JHU shuttle stop: Peabody/Mt. Vernon) Open to the public. Unite For Sight 4th Annual International Health Conference: The conference will convene more than 1,500 people from throughout the world who are interested in international service, global health, public health, international development, eye care, health policy and advocacy, anthropology, entrepreneurship, nonprofits, philanthropy, microfinance, bioethics, and medicine.
