NICHD International Site Development Initiative: NICHD, via Westat, is seeking Latin American and Caribbean clinical centers interested in participating in multicenter, prospective, observational perinatal HIV-uninfected and/or pediatric HIV-infected studies as part of an initiative entitled, "NICHD International Site Development Initiative." The goal of this initiative is to describe the demographic, clinical, immunologic and virologic characteristics of HIV-infected pregnant women, their HIV-exposed, uninfected children, and HIV vertically-infected children at clinical centers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
